Let's grow together, learn, create, evolve, help eachother and everyone else we can around us
I will try to summarize in as little text as possible what this community is all about.
But because its projects are complex, for any details you need, please feel free to get in touch.
1st principle: CONTRIBUTE
The main reason for this community to exist is that all its members have something to benefit from it. We don't have any income (yet) so all the projects will be driven by the common effort of the members, each with their own skills and whatever time they can put in.
How it works:
Register and apply to take part in a project by specifying your skills and experience you have about that field and how you would like to participate
After accepted, you will be assigned various tasks that are in the queue and ofcourse will take part in the common brainstormings or development plans.
2nd principle: BENEFIT
Nobody should work in vain or just for the sake of it!
Most of the projects firstly have a learning dimension, which is the main benefit for everyone involved, so feel free to ask as many questions as you want. We will also aim to create some clear documentations and plans.
Besides being a "live university", most of the projects are aimed at generating actual products that we will sell online and everyone involved in that specific product project will benefit from the income based on a percentage depending on their contribution. That will be determined by general voting, which I think is the most accurate and fair way.
3rd principle: LEARN
Another very important purpose of this community is to raise the individual knowledge and independence.
The members have to "prove" they are continuously learning from the various projects and soon learning materials that the community will produce.
A primordial result and our aim is that each of us should have as many resources and posibility to be able to create self-sufficient and financially efficient systems that will improve our day to day lives and help us both decrease out current expenses and have cool devices around us that WE can control.
4th principle: Think of others
We should obviously think about ourselves firstly, but don't ignore the others in every circumstance...
Of course this normally goes without saying, but in many cases we catch ourselves when we just don't care about how the other person feels or just don't realize that the smallest of our actions could hurt them. So please always try to put yoursef in the other person's shoes. Thanks!
Not to mention this applies to the earnings as well. Think about the fact that we are doing this so we ALL evolve together. But not only, whatever we are exposing outside the community and especially for selling we should ideally put as little profit margin as possible so everyone can take advantage of our creations, even though they might not be part of the community.
